Your tier is automatically determined by your annual shipping spend with FedEx and UPS. We calculate this from your carrier data — no manual input needed. Journey and Protect are priced separately from your Recover tier.
Yes. Your Recover tier adjusts automatically as your shipping volume grows, and you can upgrade or downgrade your Journey plan at any time. Each product is billed independently, so you can mix and match what your business needs.
Late deliveries, duplicate charges, invalid surcharges, billing errors, address correction overcharges, lost and damaged shipments, and other carrier billing mistakes that qualify under carrier guarantee policies.
Journey is a flat monthly subscription that includes a set number of tracking numbers. If you go over your allowance, additional tracking numbers are billed at your plan's per-unit rate for that month.
Protect charges $1 per $100 of declared item value on shipments you choose to insure, with coverage up to $1,000 per shipment. There's no monthly fee — you only pay for what you insure.
No setup fees, no contracts, no minimum commitments on any product. You can cancel at any time and there's nothing to sign beyond our standard terms of service.
