Q When do I get charged for Recover?

Only when a refund is successfully credited back to your carrier account. We invoice you monthly based on that month's recovered refunds — never before.

Q What if Recover finds zero refunds?

Then you pay absolutely nothing. Our success is entirely tied to yours. If we don't recover money, we don't make money.

Q How do I know which Recover tier I'm on?

Your tier is automatically determined by your annual shipping spend with FedEx and UPS. We calculate this from your carrier data — no manual input needed. Journey and Protect are priced separately from your Recover tier.

Q Can I switch tiers or plans?

Yes. Your Recover tier adjusts automatically as your shipping volume grows, and you can upgrade or downgrade your Journey plan at any time. Each product is billed independently, so you can mix and match what your business needs.

Q What counts as a Recover refund?

Late deliveries, duplicate charges, invalid surcharges, billing errors, address correction overcharges, lost and damaged shipments, and other carrier billing mistakes that qualify under carrier guarantee policies.

Q How is Journey billed?

Journey is a flat monthly subscription that includes a set number of tracking numbers. If you go over your allowance, additional tracking numbers are billed at your plan's per-unit rate for that month.

Q How is Protect priced?

Protect charges $1 per $100 of declared item value on shipments you choose to insure, with coverage up to $1,000 per shipment. There's no monthly fee — you only pay for what you insure.

Q Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fees, no contracts, no minimum commitments on any product. You can cancel at any time and there's nothing to sign beyond our standard terms of service.
